Frequently asked questions
Is the game free?
Yes. Version 1.0 is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. You can play every level and tend your garden offline. Only sharing a picture needs a connection (and, of course, downloading updates).
How do I play?
Swipe or tap the letters on the flower to spell words. Words that fit the crossword fill the grid and each one becomes a seed. Extra valid words are bonus words: they fill your watering can for extra coins. Plant seeds in the garden, come back when the flowers are ready and harvest coins to open new plots.
I'm stuck on a level. What can I do?
Tap Hint to reveal a letter, use the Magnifier to choose the exact letter you want to reveal, or Shuffle the flower to see the letters in a new order. There is no time limit, so you can also take a break: if you close the game in the middle of a level, it continues where you stopped, with your words, revealed letters and time.
How does the speed bonus work?
Each level shows two target times. Finish within the first one for 3x coins, or within the second one for 2x. Finishing slower is fine: you still get the normal reward.
Will I keep my progress on a new phone or after reinstalling?
Your progress is saved only on your device: there is no account and no cloud save. Deleting the game deletes your progress, and we cannot restore it. If you move to a new device using your system's backup and restore (iCloud or Google backup), the game's data may come along, depending on your device settings.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings > Language. Each language has its own levels and remembers where you are in it. Your garden, coins and seeds stay the same when you switch.
Why is the garden dark at night?
Your garden follows the clock on your device, from morning to night. If you prefer daylight all the time, turn off Settings > Night in the garden.
Can I hide my name on shared pictures?
Yes. Turn off Settings > Show my name when sharing, or remove your name in Settings > Your name.
A word was not accepted, or a word looks wrong.
Each language uses its own word list, so some rare words, names and slang are not included. Tell us the word, the language and the level number and we will check it for a future update.
How do I delete my data?
Everything the game saves stays on your device, so deleting the game removes it all. We have no copy. If you emailed us and want that conversation deleted, just ask. See the Privacy Policy.
When you write to us
Please include your device model, the game version and the support ID (both at the bottom of Settings), and a screenshot if you can. Your player name is never needed.
